Food was packaged well, although not for microwave reheating.
Prices are rather high, but acceptable, except for Shabbos packages which are really priced too high. The schnitzel was a large portion, enough for 1 1/2 or 2 portions. If you know that ahead of time, you can adjust the number of portions that you order. The fact that there is no choice of food for Fri nite dinner or Shabbat lunch was frustrating for someone who does not want to eat fried food.
Communicating with the supplier was impossible as they did not respond to messages left. I hope the suppliers will work out the problems with the Koshwhere form to make it reflect their service - delivery times, etc & will respond to messages in the future.
Overall. it was worth not schlepping so much food from NJ & not having it confiscated at customs!
