Your service in conjunction with your local supplier, Gel Tov gave me great service and plentiful food that allowed me to enjoy my meeting without worrying about foraging for food. I had the grilled chicken salad twice, which was excellent, and really provided the only fresh salad on the trip. The falafel plate and the shawarma plate were also very tasty, although the shawarma plate didn’t come with Israeli salad. Had I known, I would have ordered it separately. The Shabbat meals were very tasty and plentiful. I especially liked the cook fish dish and the chicken with couscous. I had the schnitzel for lunch, which came with rice and green beans. I have never eaten such tasty rice. The deserts were delicious. The only thing I missed was a fresh salad and perhaps some chumus to go with the Challot. The only meals which were a little disappointing were the breakfasts, which I had ordered for the each day of my meeting. The croissants were dry and hard, there were no chocolates (which had been advertised as part of the package) and the cheese was just plain American cheese, which is not my favorite. Also, although the jellies were very pleasant, I don’t think the spread was real butter. I understand that Gel Tov was trying to keep everything (except the cheese) parev, but perhaps it would have been better to offer a different sort of menu, if that was the case. If I had known breakfast was so disappointing, I would have just brought more granola bars and string cheese from home.

The food was perfect and delivered to my hotel the day I arrived. I asked for a morning delivery which did not seem to work but once I contacted the provider they fixed it! Made my business trip significantly easier by making kosher food simple.
