Good time for me to order but although the true order was approved 25 hours later after 11:30 am SGT 23 January, which is about 1 pm 24 January (CNY eve), I rushed because I intended the order to be for dinner on 23 January. Nevertheless, a good job to the waiters who politely responded to me and gave me good advice in the future, as well as the food on 23 January 6-7 pm SGT. One of the waiters had a forgiving tone, replying to me "no troubles" when I told them "sorry for the trouble". By the time I reached my own gathering at least an hour later, the hummus pita was still fresh and tasty.

food was fine -- better than expected for takeout in north America, never mind Asia. But they didn't deliver challah and Kiddush wine (and so far have ignored my email question on this).

I received AMAZING help from Kosherwhere when I was trying to arrange kosher meals for clients at an event I was holding in Singapore. Kosherwhere was great, and I will now be using them every single chance that I can. A very personal thank you to Keren for all of her help! The only problems that I encountered were with the vendor in Singapore, whose delivery times and food quality were inconsistent. Even though my receipt said delivery between 10 and 11 am daily, the food did not arrive before 12:15, even though it was for my client's lunch. The menu changed quite a few times, and I had a stressful few days not knowing if my order would even be approved. As the vendor is the only supplier in Singapore, I did not feel like I could ask for improved service, as my client would have been really stuck if the supplier had unilaterally cancelled the order. None of these are the fault of KosherWhere, who actually advocated for me in getting the order approved by the supplier. KosherWhere is a star, an excellent provider with stellar customer service, and I will absolutely use them again!

While on travel to Singapore over a couple of Shabbats the Awafi Restaurant provided a unique Shabbat experience. The meals were delivered in time for Shabbat. The meals were very tasty and varietal with a hint of the local flair. The service was par excellent. A must place for all Kosher meals while in Singapore.

They made sure I had food every day and delivery was perfect. Just took a quick email to make it all happen. I wish they also did breakfast pastries to round out my meals!
